Keep the funding to renovate Eliot and Wentworth

In 2023 the Labour administration pledged a multi-million pound investment for new cladding, new kitchens and bathrooms and a new heating system. The Labour administration also put aside funds for a new outdoor play space, planting and a seating area. Your ward councillors are pushing for internal redecoration and new lino as well. The cleaning contract needs evaluating as it does not include all areas where rubbish is left. We know that there is a delay due to the Building Safety Regulator. We, the residents of Wentworth and Eliot Courts, neighbours, friends and allies are calling for Wandsworth Council to affirm its commitment to make significant improvements, urgently, to the flats, heating system and communal areas.
