Toby Hopkins is one of your two Labour candidates for South Balham ward.
A long-time local resident and parent, Toby combines business experience with strong charity involvement. He champions local businesses, uses the common daily, and listens to residents on issues that matter — from cleaner streets and improved rubbish collections to tackling crime.
Passionate about healthy streets, Toby has worked with the council to deliver new cycle hangars for the community.
Important voting information for those voting in person on Thursday 7th May:
- You can vote anytime between 7am and 10pm.
- You DON’T need your poll card to vote: just turn up and give your name and address.
- You now need photo ID to vote.
- You have three votes, you can vote for all three Labour candidates.
